The Jacobi catalytic carbon tank removes chlorine, chloramine, organic chemicals and odors from all your water, made from renewable coconut shells and finished with a catalytic surface that breaks chloramine down instead of just holding it.
The conditioning tank transforms hardness minerals so they can no longer form scale on pipes, water heaters and fixtures, while leaving healthy calcium and magnesium in the water. No salt, no brine discharge, no regeneration. It is not a softener, so you won't get the slick soft-water feel.
A Clack in/out head with a 3/4-inch distributor directs water down through the media and back up the riser. No regeneration cycle, no timer, no power, and a full 1-inch to 1¼-inch bypass for service.
