What we use & why it matters

Inside the System

Multi-Stage Prefiltration
Chlorine & sediment

Protected Before the Membrane.

Sediment and carbon stages strip chlorine and particles before water reaches the RO membrane, so the membrane lasts longer and the water tastes cleaner.

Dissolved solids

94–99% of Solids, Gone.

The reverse osmosis membrane rejects 94 to 99 percent of total dissolved solids, the minerals and residue that give tap water a flat or off taste.

Pressurized Steel Tank
Waiting at the tap

Ready to Pour, Instantly.

A food-grade butyl bladder inside the corrosion-resistant steel tank keeps purified water pressurized and fresh, so glasses, pots and coffee makers fill the second you open the faucet.

FAQ

Questions Homeowners Ask

Do you come to my home for a consultation?
Consultations are phone calls: you call or text us, we set a time and call you, go over your water and your home, recommend the right system at its published price and set your installation date. In-home presentations are available on request. Either way, the only required visit is the installation itself.
What does reverse osmosis do?
Reverse osmosis pushes water through a semipermeable membrane that rejects a broad range of dissolved solids, then delivers the treated water to a dedicated faucet at your kitchen sink. It is a point-of-use system for drinking and cooking water, not a whole-home system, which is why we pair it with whole-home treatment.
Tank RO or tankless RO — what's the difference?
A tank system slowly fills a pressurized storage tank so purified water is ready instantly. A tankless system treats water on demand, takes up far less under-sink space and has no storage tank. The tank system is $799 and the tankless HW800 AlkaPro is $999 on their own; either one is included free with any whole-home system.
Does the system treat every faucet?
Whole-home systems are installed where water enters the house, so every shower, faucet and appliance receives treated water. Reverse osmosis is the exception: it treats drinking water at one dedicated faucet.
